Dr Steve Clark

Dr Steve Clark, CEO & Founder

Steve has over 25 years’ experience as a Founder and entrepreneur in radar technology for industrial automation.

Steve earned his bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering and Physics at Loughborough University of Technology, and his PhD at the Australian Centre for Field Robotics at the University of Sydney.

He has over 25 years’ experience as a Founder and entrepreneur in radar technology for industrial automation.

He was previously a Director of Navtech Radar Ltd, having co-founded the company in 1999, where he designed and manufactured radar solutions for the security surveillance, industrial automation, and traffic safety markets.

Mac Exon-Taylor,  Sales Director

Mac is a veteran of B2B technology-led companies in various sectors, with extensive experience in Sales, Consulting and Senior Management throughout Europe and Asia Pacific.

He is an experienced executive with a highly consultative and articulate style, specialising in taking lead roles in early-stage companies, pioneering new markets, and developing a scalable sales process.

He is an Operational Research graduate from the University of Lancaster and a passionate sportsperson.

Mike Hall,  Chief Technology Officer

Mike leads the development of radar signal processing, interpreting the data from in-house designed radar and antenna.  

He has over 15 years’ experience developing embedded systems, including delivering v1 EEG sleep sensing headphone from early prototype to mass market. Mike is primarily focused on embedded systems and RF sensor design.

He achieved his MEng in Electronic Engineering at the University of Sheffield.

Richard Higgs,  Non-Executive Director (Chairperson – Board of Directors)  

Richard has had several successful exits at Board/CEO level from trade sales to IPO across the digital tech, game and software services sector.

Some of his main interests are thinking about what the future world could look like, classic cars and golf.  He also loves Sichuan food as his wife is from Sichuan.

Test Technician (Drones, Radar)

We require an engineer or technician with drone pilot experience to fly our in-house drones and gather experimental results from our radar, to evaluate and report their performance, and to demonstrate capability to our customers. The test engineer will also manage the back end and support activities related to flight operations that ensure the smooth functioning of our product testing and demonstrations.  They will be responsible for maintenance of our small drones, ground testing, and sensor configuration pre-flight.  Once trained, they shall talk with our customers and advise on optimal settings and configurations, so that our radar can be supported within customer’s aircraft.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to build on their current experience and to be involved in the next generation of drone technologies, providing a superb learning and development opportunity for you and the ability to add to the creation of innovative solutions.
